Findings, in the room
Product-Lead Briefing
A structured sitting with the person who owns the productivity app, walking through what the study actually showed about each named feature.
Who it is for
The product lead and a small group who can change what ships next. Not a town-hall for the whole company.
What you leave with
A shared reading of the brief, disagreement on the record, and a short list of decisions the group is willing to take about each feature — keep, hide, reteach, or leave alone.
Scope
Two hours of briefing plus an hour of decision notes. We facilitate; we do not vote on your roadmap.
Who runs it
Facilitated by Amina Rahman. Farid Hassan attends when the briefing follows a First-Week Walkthrough Review he led.
How the weeks run
- Confirm attendees (we recommend four to six people).
- Send the pre-read.
- Hold the sitting.
- Issue the decision note.
Place and preparation
Our rooms in Batu Caves, or we travel to Petaling Jaya, KLCC, or Cyberjaya when the group cannot move.
Everyone in the room should have read the brief. We will wait rather than summarise it from scratch for late arrivals.
Limits
We do not record the sitting unless every person agrees. External agencies may attend only if you name them in advance.
Fee
Included in the Feature Adoption Study fee. A standalone briefing after earlier interview work is RM 2,400 plus travel outside Selangor.
Next step
Propose three dates and the names of who will sit in the room.
