Rates
Fees follow the fieldwork, not a menu of seats.
Prices below are starting points in Malaysian ringgit. The final figure depends on how many people we sit with, whether we leave the Klang Valley, and whether interviews need Malay transcription.
We do not sell monthly access, seats, or a ladder of “starter” plans. You commission a piece of fieldwork. If the scope is unclear, we quote after a short call rather than inventing a number on this page.

What the fee covers
Recruitment, the sittings, the written brief, and the time in the room with your product group. Rooms at Batu Caves are included. If we hire a quiet room near your office, that cost is shown on the quote.
What moves a quote up
- People who are hard to find — for example, night-shift coordinators, or users of a Bahasa-only build.
- A feature that handles records we must refuse (payroll, medical notes) until you narrow the scope.
- A request to film sessions rather than take notes. Filming needs extra consent and a separate line on the quote.
Deposits
We ask for forty percent to hold a start week, because recruitment begins immediately. The balance is due when the brief is delivered, before the product-lead sitting if that sitting is booked. See the refund note for what happens if a study is cut short.
Ask for a figure
Send the app, the features you are worried about, and a window. We reply within two working days with whether we can take the work and a range, not a fake exact total.
